Positive: Great location, comfortable bed and excellent shower!
Negative: Fellow travellers on upper floor....they were quite loud on our first night but I think this might have to do with insulation rather than their behaviour!?!? Heard every time they opened and closed a sliding door or walked (or were they running?) around. Second night was much better.
