Harborview Modern 1 Bedroom Studio 8F/B

Positive: Great location, comfortable bed and excellent shower! Negative: Fellow travellers on upper floor....they were quite loud on our first night but I think this might have to do with insulation rather than their behaviour!?!? Heard every time they opened and closed a sliding door or walked (or were they running?) around. Second night was much better.

We enjoyed our stay The property was well presented, very clean and nicely appointed Positive: Breakfast wasn’t supplied. Location was great Negative: Could have supplied a few more little things such as a box of tissues. Maybe a small coffee machine with a small treat e.g. some biscuits to enjoy a cuppa with on arrival. Some tourist information for the area and better instructions on how to work the T.V. etc. Provision of off-street parking would have been nice as it was mentioned on the booking site but not available to us at the property which we were disappointed with.

Comfortable, modern, well situated Positive: It's a lovely new development. Nice space, with water over the road. Everything you need is there. The hosts are very nice and friendly. Location wise you can walk pretty much most places which is really handy. Bed is really comfortable. Negative: Pantene and supermarket soap in the bathroom. If you want a more premium audience I would change that. Towels should be white, but if not make them the same colour. It feels like a bit of a fish bowl, people staring in as they are walking by. Very fiddly front door lock. They also need to work with council for some parking solutions, it was a busy weekend and parking was really tough.
