We had a lovely stay for a last minute quick weekend away and loved the location
Positive: Julie was lovely and very accommodating
Loved the position right on the foreshore
Room was extremely clean and had everything you need
Negative: It is only minor, but we could hear the guests in the back room behind us

Positive: Loverly space, clean, modern and had everything we needed, great location.
Negative: Having two single beds pushed together some kind of pillow top would be great to not feel the edges of the two single bed in the middle.
